About The Position

RPM Living is seeking a Learning and Development Program Manager to help create a thriving, future-ready workforce through RPM Academy. The role shapes and delivers impactful learning for frontline and corporate associates nationwide, connecting business needs to learning, knowledge, technology, and performance solutions. It requires strategic thinking, operational project management, systems problem-solving, and a focus on measurable results—not simply fulfilling training requests or equating course completion with capability. The manager partners with business leaders, subject matter experts, and technology teams to identify performance needs and define learning programs across areas such as compliance, safety, maintenance skills, technology, and business process changes. The role builds learning that combines formal instruction with hands-on practice, coaching, knowledge resources, and on-the-job application. It also supports RPM Living’s learning technology ecosystem, including its LMS, WalkMe, and LinkedIn Learning, and uses data and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and improve programs. This is a hybrid position requiring work in a corporate office three days per week. Travel is up to 10%.
