About The Position

ProSidian is seeking a Leading Without Authority Training Course Instructor for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract basis. This role involves hybrid work (on/off client site and virtual) in the Southeast, supporting a civilian leadership development and training environment for the Army Reserve. The instructor will deliver learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance by developing influence, relationship-building, and collaborative leadership skills. Participants will learn to leverage credibility, expertise, communication, and strategic partnerships to gain support for initiatives, solve organizational challenges, and drive mission-focused outcomes. The program includes practical exercises, stakeholder engagement, and facilitated discussions to enhance participants' ability to influence decisions, build consensus, and lead change across diverse teams and organizational structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development
• Expertise in influence without positional authority, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, persuasion, relationship management, and collaborative leadership
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio
• Ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary
• NACI eligibility required

Nice To Haves

• Instructional certifications preferred
• Relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience
• Functional and technical area expertise also ideal
