About The Position

ProSidian seeks a Virtual Leadership Training Instructor for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract basis. This role involves hybrid work, both on and off client sites, and virtual delivery, primarily supporting the Army Reserve civilian leadership development and training environment. The position aligns with the GSA Labor Category: Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level II. Candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience are sought to support professional services engagements for clients like USARC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) position focused on Civilian Training Services, with the possibility of conversion to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The role focuses on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC), specifically supporting the Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO). The primary goal is delivering virtual leadership learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance. The Virtual Leadership Training program is designed to equip professionals with skills to lead, engage, and develop high-performing teams in remote and hybrid environments, focusing on practical strategies for building trust, sustaining accountability, maintaining workforce engagement, and leveraging collaboration technologies.

Requirements

5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Virtual Leadership Training Functional Area Activities.
Facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, assessment.
Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, customer focus.
Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. Advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio; and able to quickly learn other tools as needed.
Commitment to work with intelligent, interesting people with diverse backgrounds to solve the most significant challenges across private, public, and social sectors.
