About The Position

The Belmark Operations Leadership Development (BOLD) Program prepares employees to grow into manufacturing leadership roles. Participants receive training across Belmark’s manufacturing facilities and business units, gaining technical and process knowledge while progressing through a 3–5 year program with increasing responsibility. The program is intended for people who are passionate about leading others, influencing positive change, and leading projects and teams. Belmark leaders support the company’s mission and culture and encourage others to do the same. Belmark manufactures pressure-sensitive labels, flexible packaging, and folding cartons for customers across a broad range of markets. The company focuses on growth, profitability, employee opportunity, and providing creative, innovative packaging solutions. Participants learn manufacturing processes and applicable management systems, gain hands-on experience in each business unit, and contribute to process improvement, productivity, cost reduction, and quality efforts. They expand their knowledge by leading a successful team or shift in a designated area, support management and quality teams with complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective actions, and learn how regulations such as OSHA, EPA, and FDA requirements apply to Belmark.
