About The Position

FORVIA North America is hiring for its three-year Sales Leadership Development Program (LDP), which provides long-term growth and development tailored to each participant’s academic background, needs, capabilities, and goals. The program includes three 12-month rotations across FORVIA facilities and, upon successful completion, placement in a permanent key position in the participant’s core field. The first rotation is based at a FORVIA facility, such as a manufacturing plant or technical center. The Deputy Program Manager rotation supports program coordination, documentation, schedules, cross-functional collaboration, risk tracking, engineering changes, reviews, and the transition from development to production. The Sales Engineer / Serial Life rotation supports sales and account management, customer requests, RFQs, quotations, pricing, commercial documentation, engineering changes, cost and profitability tracking, customer meetings, value engineering, and business efficiency initiatives. Participants develop leadership and decision-making skills through projects and daily work, gain cross-cultural experience, receive discipline-specific mentorship, build an organizational network, and participate in training and workshops.
