About The Position

McGarity Consulting Group seeks an experienced leadership development facilitator and coach to design and deliver the “Lead Forward” Leadership Development Program for a cohort of new and acting supervisors. The approximately six-month program includes six full-day in-person sessions, a half-day capstone, and individual coaching focused on building supervisory and leadership readiness. The role includes administering and interpreting assessments, confidential individual debriefs, two coaching sessions per participant, between-session activities and peer feedback, and support for program evaluation and the final summary. Examples and scenarios should be tailored to a mission-driven, operational, and cross-functional environment.
