About The Position

Apple Retail Leads help deliver an only-at-Apple experience by supporting customers and team members while contributing to an inclusive store culture. The Lead takes a whole-store perspective and works alongside the Store Leadership team to facilitate meaningful experiences, inform and energize teams, and support operational excellence. Most of the role is spent with team members and customers, identifying ownership opportunities and ensuring team members have the support, tools, and resources to provide exceptional customer interactions. The Lead enables the sales team and helps ensure operational readiness. They model, mentor, and encourage customer engagement; use Apple product and services expertise to drive sales and customer loyalty; organize people and sales-floor workflow; and communicate sales strategies, performance goals, priorities, and other relevant information. They also respond to time-sensitive team-member feedback and concerns, escalating issues to Store Leadership as appropriate, and address store operational needs such as opening and closing procedures, cash management, and overrides. Other tasks may include providing customer service and support in other areas of the store. Leads contribute to an inclusive environment, respect differences, remain curious, and demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in their daily activities. The schedule is based on business needs and may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
