•$132,000 - $198,000

About The Position

Klaviyo’s GTM Systems team builds and operates the systems supporting marketing, sales, partnerships, customer success, and services. The team connects Salesforce, CPQ, billing and finance systems, customer success and support platforms, and professional services tools. It is rebuilding parts of its technology stack around AI and agentic workflows as a core operating model. The Lead Technical Project Manager owns delivery of high-impact, complex GTM systems programs from intake through launch and hypercare. Programs may include CPQ replacement, quote-to-cash changes, customer success and support platform upgrades, and AI-enabled workflows spanning Sales, Customer Success, Services, Finance, and Internal Audit. The role translates ambiguous business goals into delivery plans, coordinates work across teams sharing core systems, and provides leadership with clear information on commitments, risks, and progress. The role works closely with business systems analysts, developers, architects, vendors, and finance and audit partners, and regularly presents to senior and executive leadership. The project manager uses AI to improve program delivery and helps teams adopt AI responsibly. The position may require up to 10% travel, coordinated in advance, for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events. The US base pay range is $132,000–$198,000. Total compensation may also include an annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for eligible sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits, subject to eligibility. Salary depends on factors including skills, experience, education or training, and work location; recruiters can provide location-specific salary details.
