About The Position

As a Lead Technical Program Manager on the Commercial & Investment Bank - Payments team, you will drive the delivery of complex technology projects and programs that support business goals across the firm. The role calls for deep technical expertise, resource and budget management, and the ability to lead high-performing teams while navigating ambiguity and change. You will foster productive stakeholder relationships, influence decision-making, and contribute to operational plans and risk management strategies to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The position also uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program planning, risk synthesis, governance, and reporting. AI-assisted outputs must be reviewed and validated, with data handled according to sensitivity requirements and delivery standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
• Hands-on experience coordinating technology implementations across multiple applications, platforms, engineering teams, and deployment schedules.
• Experience managing technology change in business-critical production environments, with a focus on operational stability, risk mitigation, and business continuity.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows, including reviewing and validating AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations while following applicable data-handling requirements.
• Advanced stakeholder management expertise, including the ability to build productive working relationships and influence decision-making across technology, product, and business teams.
• Experience managing complex, interdependent technology programs involving multiple applications, platforms, software or hardware components, third-party integrations, and delivery schedules.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, technical fluency to understand complex technology concepts, and ability to identify dependencies and risks and translate detailed information into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to synthesize detailed technical and program information into concise executive-level presentations, status updates, and recommendations.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering and technology delivery teams to drive execution, resolve dependencies, and enable successful program outcomes.
• Experience working in fast-paced agile environments and navigating ambiguity, changing priorities, and complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that incorporate technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to deliver technology solutions on time.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, consolidate inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates, validate outputs, and handle data according to sensitivity requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively address roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program scope, objectives, dependencies, and deliverables and align them with business goals.
• Coordinate complex technology programs across multiple applications, platforms, integration points, and deployment schedules while mitigating risk to production environments.
• Champion agile delivery, continuous improvement, and reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment with delivery standards.
