About The Position

As a Lead Technical Program Manager in the Commercial & Investment Bank Technology Group, you will drive delivery of complex technology projects and programs that support business goals across the firm. The role applies technical expertise to develop solutions while managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. You will work through ambiguity and change, align technology initiatives with business objectives, and build productive stakeholder relationships that support decision-making. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to operational plans and risk management strategies while ensuring high-quality, professional service delivery. The role also uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program planning, risk synthesis, governance, and reporting. AI-assisted outputs must be validated by a human and handled according to data-sensitivity expectations and delivery standards.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in the work environment to support program management workflows, with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalate when uncertain, and follow data-handling expectations.
Advanced stakeholder-management skills, including establishing productive working relationships and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams and clients.
Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.
Hands-on experience with a development work-tracking tool such as Confluence, Jira, Monday, or similar.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to deliver technology solutions on time.
Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, including integrated plans, RAID materials, and executive-ready updates; validate outputs and handle data according to sensitivity requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks, address potential roadblocks proactively, and implement contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables and align them with business goals.
Assess program performance using analytical reasoning, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data-driven optimizations.
Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement, supporting a culture of learning and innovation.
Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, with human review and alignment to delivery standards.
