About The Position

The Lead Strategist - Digital Growth defines how State Farm uses customer and prospect intelligence to deliver more relevant, coordinated, and measurable engagement across channels. The position identifies precision engagement opportunities across customer journeys and sets strategies for audience, decisions, treatments, channels, timing, and measurement. It partners with data science and analytics teams to translate business needs into model requirements and actionable decision strategies, and coordinates with digital, marketing, agent, product, MarTech, privacy, and technology partners on omnichannel operating approaches. The role also develops business cases and roadmaps, uses experimentation and incremental measurement to refine decision policies, and documents decision logic, assumptions, governance needs, and scale requirements. This is a hybrid position assigned to a facility in Bloomington, Illinois; Dunwoody, Georgia; Richardson, Texas; or Tempe, Arizona. For Enterprise Technology, hybrid work will require approximately 40% in-office time each month, beginning in late 2027.
