About The Position

This role is responsible for managing agencies and internal teams to execute a local creator marketing program end-to-end. This includes creator discovery, vetting, briefing, content approvals, launch monitoring, and reporting. The position also involves building long-term partnerships with creators, content partners, talent agencies, and local market leaders. Performance tracking, analysis, and optimization of social and influencer KPIs are key, as is developing creator strategies, providing creative direction, and ensuring brand safety and compliance. Collaboration with various internal teams and local market leaders is essential for bringing creator strategies to life within omni-channel campaigns. The role also entails developing content calendars, planned and reactive moment strategies, and maintaining influencer CRM tools for budget tracking, creator pipelines, and performance history.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years in influencer/creator marketing at scale
  • Experience working with regional or retail marketing teams
  • Ability to translate strategy into repeatable, operational programs
  • High degree of operational rigor and cross-functional leadership
  • Experience running multi-market or distributed marketing programs
  • Familiarity with influencer tools (e.g., CreatorIQ) and campaign workflows

Nice To Haves

  • Background in telecom, retail, or large enterprise marketing environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage agencies and internal teams to stand up a local creator marketing program end-to-end, leading daily execution from creator discovery and vetting to briefing, content approvals, launch monitoring, and reporting.
  • Build long-term, valuable partnerships with creators, content partners, talent agencies, and local market leaders to support assigned markets and cultivate always-on relationships that go beyond one-off transactions.
  • Partner with agencies and internal measurement teams to track, analyze, and report social and influencer KPIs as part of the larger measurement stack, turning local market performance data into insights and optimizations that improve campaign impact and efficiency.
  • Define breakthrough creator strategies and provide detailed creative direction that authentically engages creators and local communities while ensuring content meets brand standards, platform best practices, and FTC compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with brand social, marketing activation, media, analytics, local marketing teams, and cross-functional market leaders to bring creator strategy to life as part of larger omni-channel campaigns and maintain regular communication and alignment.
  • Develop strategic approaches, content calendars, and planned and reactive moment strategies that fuel a creator content engine, while maintaining the source of truth in influencer CRM tools to track budgets, creator pipelines, local market activity, and historical performance.
