About The Position

Foundry Robotics is an AI-native robotics manufacturing company focused on advanced assembly and production for robotics companies and national-security-critical hardware. The Social Media & Brand Voice Lead will build the company’s public presence and voice, with X as the first priority. The role owns social strategy and execution, company-wide written voice, and content drawn from Foundry’s robotics manufacturing operations. The role works closely with the founder to help him post consistently in his own voice, and partners with engineers, operators, and the Events Coordinator to surface and share stories. This is a 100% in-person role based in Emeryville, California; proximity to the shop floor is important because it is a central source of content. The position will manage Foundry’s presence on X and other channels, create written and video content, maintain a tone-of-voice guide, and assess performance based on audience quality and meaningful inbound interest. The base salary range is $140,000–$200,000, with equity and benefits for eligible roles. Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, and generous PTO.
