About The Position
The Lead Server provides quick, efficient, and pleasant food and beverage service to residents and guests. The role includes taking and communicating orders, delivering food and beverages, maintaining dining areas and equipment, and managing servers and utility workers as needed.
Requirements
- No experience is required.
- Obtain Serv Safe or other required local, county, or state certifications.
- Ability to switch tasks quickly and often.
- Take pride in food quality and presentation, as well as the cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
- Patience and the ability to communicate effectively with people with many different personalities.
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service experience.
Responsibilities
- Accept food orders, communicate them to the kitchen, and deliver food and beverages to residents and guests in a timely manner.
- Bus and reset tables.
- Deliver food to residents’ rooms as needed.
- Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, dishware, and equipment.
- Manage servers and utility workers as needed.
