About The Position

At Sunrise Senior Living, the Lead Dining Server supports daily dining operations while modeling hospitality, service excellence, and dining room standards for residents and guests. The role helps create a welcoming dining experience through professionalism, warmth, and consistent service. It also supports special events and Bistro operations and maintains the confidentiality of resident information.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table service according to Sunrise standards.
• Support and train new servers on service steps and expectations.
• Assist residents with menu selections and take accurate meal orders.
• Ensure proper dining room setup, reset, and cleanliness.
• Maintain side work, opening, and closing checklists.
• Monitor table presentation and dining decorum standards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support special events and Bistro operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
