Lead Sales Consultant

Alleviation Enterprise•Conyers, GA

About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned, assertive sales professional with a strong interest in leadership. The role begins with selling premium supplemental insurance products to business clients and developing a strong clientele through relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement. The successful candidate will learn and execute the company’s B2B sales process and lead by example. After mastering the sales framework, the consultant may take on additional responsibilities, including training and mentoring new team members, as needed. The ideal candidate is proactive, disciplined, determined, comfortable working independently, and skilled at handling objections and closing sales. They should be resilient in the face of setbacks, have a record of strong performance, enjoy sales, and be eager to mentor, educate, and motivate peers. The role calls for a commitment of 40–45 hours per week. Candidates must pass a high-level pre-employment background check, have an active driver’s license and reliable transportation, and hold or be willing to obtain an active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in their resident state. A study course is provided, and state licensing fees reimbursement is available. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or at least four years of post-high-school work experience. Candidates within six months of degree completion, or with less than four years of professional work experience but a relevant sales or athletic background, will also be considered. Compensation includes a weekly draw pay option plus uncapped commissions, monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions. The company offers classroom and field training, health, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days of employment, performance-based promotions, schedule control based on results, professional development and advanced sales training, leadership development classes, and a culture of camaraderie and friendly competition.
