Lead Sales Consultant

Alleviation Enterprise•Shawnee, OK

About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned, assertive sales professional with leadership aspirations. The role involves selling premium supplemental insurance products and cultivating a strong client base while leading by example. Initially, the consultant will learn and execute the company’s B2B sales process, including relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement. After mastering the sales framework, the consultant may take on additional responsibilities, such as training and mentoring new team members, as needed. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-assured, disciplined, and determined; can work independently; handles objections and closes sales despite setbacks; has a history of exemplary performance; and is enthusiastic about mentoring, educating, and motivating peers. The role calls for someone who is fully engaged in sales and eager to take charge by leading through their own work. Candidates should be prepared to dedicate 40–45 hours per week. The company provides classroom and field training, compensation through a weekly draw option and commissions, and opportunities for bonuses, stock share awards, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days of employment. Promotions are performance-based, and employees have control over their schedules based on results achieved rather than time worked. Continuing professional development, advanced sales training, and leadership development classes are also offered.
