Lead Sales Consultant

Alleviation Enterprise•Waycross, GA

About The Position

The Lead Sales Consultant sells premium supplemental insurance products to business clients and builds a strong clientele base by leading by example. After mastering the sales framework, the consultant may take on additional responsibilities, including training and mentoring new team members, as needed. The company seeks a proactive, self-assured sales professional with leadership aspirations who is comfortable working independently, handling objections, closing sales, and persisting through setbacks. The role calls for a commitment of 40–45 hours per week and a willingness to be actively engaged in sales. The consultant’s schedule is controlled based on results achieved rather than time worked.
