About The Position

MV Transportation is seeking a Lead Reservationist to direct the day-to-day operations of the Call Center related to accurately accepting trip reservations from eligible passengers. The role reports to the General Manager and follows procedures defined by the client and company. It involves daily communication with passengers, schedulers, dispatchers, reservationists, and others. The Lead Reservationist ensures Reservationists collect the data needed to schedule trips and organizes and conducts activities to support safe, cost-effective, and on-time operating performance. The listed pay is $23.18 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in paratransit scheduling using Routhmatch and Tripspark/Trapeze PASS.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Telephone-speaking and/or call center experience.
• Computer experience.
• Experience working with people with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones consistently.
• Respond to complaints in a timely manner.
• Receive and send Accident and Incident reports within 24 hours.
• Assist the Supervisor with staff and customer concerns.
• Reconcile error reports in a timely manner.
• Communicate with clients courteously and respectfully.
• Use Microsoft-based software for data entry, analysis, and trip scheduling.
• Assist with entering clean, correct data.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and attitude.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
