Lead Pastor at Immanuel Church
About The Position
Immanuel Church in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time Lead Pastor to guide the congregation in growing a transforming relationship with Jesus, connecting in community, and sharing Jesus with the world. The pastor will shepherd a multi-staff team, champion worship and prayer, equip believers to serve using their spiritual gifts, and continue the church’s commitment to discipleship, small groups, and sending people to share Christ locally, regionally, and globally. Immanuel Church is part of the Christian & Missionary Alliance. Founded in 1907, the church is a multigenerational, multi-staff ministry with deep roots in discipleship, youth ministry, and intercultural outreach in the Mechanicsburg community. Average Sunday attendance is 250. Candidates must be willing to begin the Alliance consecration and ordination process, and the position requires licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Pastor.
- Willingness to begin the consecration and ordination process with The Christian & Missionary Alliance.
- Licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance is required.

- Experience leading as a Senior or Lead Pastor is preferred.
