About The Position

Holliday Alliance Church in Middlebury Center, Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time Lead Pastor to shepherd its small, close-knit congregation into a season of renewal. The church has served the community for more than 110 years. Although attendance has declined in recent years, the congregation remains committed to generous giving and to Christ’s mission. The pastor will help strengthen discipleship across generations, cultivate outreach in the rural community, and support the congregation in rediscovering vitality and growth. The church values a shepherd-leader who preaches faithfully, disciples intentionally, cares personally for the congregation, and shares its sustained commitment to global missions. The church’s vision is to worship and glorify God with changed lives through Christ by winning the lost, mentoring believers, and equipping disciples to fulfill the Great Commission. The position requires licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance. The candidate must be willing to begin the Alliance consecration and ordination process. Requirements

At least an associate degree.
Lay leadership experience; first-time pastors are welcome.
Must be willing to begin the consecration and ordination process with The Alliance.
Requires licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance.
