About The Position
Critchfield Christian & Missionary Alliance Church is seeking a pastor to shepherd its multigenerational congregation and lead it into its next season of growth. The pastor will develop leaders and disciples within and beyond the congregation, grow ministries for young couples and young families, and foster ministry that serves and invests in the local community. The position requires licensing and good standing with the Christian & Missionary Alliance, as well as meeting the church’s criteria for a senior pastor. The church has a pastoral office in its building and provides a parsonage with utilities. Compensation is a monthly salary based on district guidelines and ministry experience, and the church covers the full cost of health insurance, including dental and vision. Church finances and full compensation details are discussed during candidate interviews. Requirements
- Be licensed and in good standing with the Christian & Missionary Alliance.
- Meet the criteria in the Critchfield C&MA ministry description for a senior pastor.
- Have the ability to shepherd a multigenerational congregation.
- Possess basic skills in audio-visual technology and various forms of social media.
