Our install department is a huge focus and we want strong lead installers who can help us build the standard.

Requirements

• 2+ years HVAC install experience preferred
• Strong understanding of airflow and duct systems
• Ability to install split systems, package units, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, mini splits, etc.
• Clean and professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license
• Team-first mindset
• Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t make excuses

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems
• Lead install jobs professionally and efficiently
• Communicate clearly with homeowners
• Maintain clean job sites and clean workmanship
• Train helpers and younger installers
• Follow install processes and quality standards
• Complete startup and testing procedures properly
• Work closely with management and dispatch
