About The Position
Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is hiring an HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential HVAC installations. The role includes coaching, training, and apprenticing others, along with performing installation work such as brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high-voltage hookups, and wiring thermostats. The position involves working in attics and tight spaces. Pay is hourly during training and then piece pay with high earning potential.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience leading residential HVAC installations.
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to use an iPad and Service Titan software.
- Ability to coach, train, and apprentice.
- Experience with brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high-voltage hookups, and wiring thermostats.
- Comfort working in attics and tight spaces.
Nice To Haves
- NATE certification.
