About The Position

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is hiring an HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential HVAC installations. The role involves hands-on installation work, coaching and training apprentices, and using an iPad and ServiceTitan software. Work may involve attics and tight spaces. Training is paid hourly; afterward, compensation is piece pay with high earning potential. The company provides a truck, phone, iPad, and uniforms.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading residential HVAC installations.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
• Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software.
• Ability to coach, train, and apprentice.
• Experience with brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high-voltage hookups, and wiring thermostats.
• Comfort working in attics and tight spaces.

Nice To Haves

• EPA Certification.
• TDLR certification.
• NATE certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations.
• Coach, train, and apprentice team members.
