About The Position

Veho is a logistics company building end-to-end infrastructure for ecommerce brands and consumers. The Ground Operations Lead helps ensure smooth daily logistics operations by coordinating with cross-functional teams and driver partners, maintaining safety standards, and supporting successful launches and sorts. The role calls for quick thinking, comfort with physically demanding work, and effective use of technology to manage operational changes and logistical challenges. The lead provides customer-focused support to driver partners and internal teams, and may operate a forklift or box truck as needed. The anticipated schedule is 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., five days per week. The schedule alternates between Monday–Friday for two weeks per month and Tuesday–Saturday for two weeks per month. Pay is $22 per hour. Requirements

At least one year of experience in logistics, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
Own a modern smartphone and be able to navigate smartphone apps daily.
Proficiency with technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Strong communication skills for effectively leading a shift.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, as operational needs require.
Ability to stand for extended periods, move boxes, bend, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification and/or experience operating box trucks.
