About The Position

As a Ground Operations Lead at Veho, you will help ensure the smooth operation of logistics activities. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain safety standards and achieve operational excellence, guiding a shared shift to support successful launches and sorts in collaboration with Veho teammates and driver partners. The role involves fast-paced, physically demanding work, using technology to manage operational changes and logistics challenges, and supporting internal teams and crowd-sourced driver partners. The anticipated schedule is Saturday through Tuesday, 11:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Two openings are listed. Compensation is $24 per hour. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in logistics, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
Own a modern smartphone and be able to navigate smartphone apps daily.
Proficiency with technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Strong communication skills to lead a shift.

Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, as operational needs require.
Ability to stand for extended periods, move boxes, bend, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification and/or experience operating box trucks.
At least 1 year of experience in logistics, operations management, or a related field.

Responsibilities
