About The Position

As a Ground Operations Lead at Veho, you will help ensure the smooth operation of logistics activities. You will interact with cross-functional teams, maintain safety standards, and support operational excellence. You will guide a shared shift to ensure successful launches and sorts in collaboration with Veho teammates and driver partners. The role involves work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and requires use of technology platforms to manage operational changes and logistical challenges. You may operate a forklift and potentially a box truck to move goods and materials safely and efficiently. The anticipated schedule is five days a week, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Compensation is $22 per hour. Requirements

Own a modern smartphone and be able to navigate smartphone apps daily.
Proficiency with technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively lead a shift.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of previous experience in logistics, operations management, or a related field.
Forklift certification and/or experience operating box trucks.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional operational needs while prioritizing safety and operational success.

Provide customer-focused support to crowd-sourced driver partners and internal teams.

Perform physically demanding work, including standing for extended periods, moving boxes, bending, and frequently lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
