About The Position

This is an entry-level, field-based, people-facing role focused on speaking with homeowners and setting appointments for the sales team. The employee will work in residential neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to the company’s window and door services, start conversations, and schedule in-home consultations for interested customers. No canvassing experience is required; training is provided. The role involves walking outdoors for several hours each shift, talking with new people throughout the day, working independently toward performance goals, and handling rejection professionally while staying motivated. Success depends on consistency, communication skills, and effort. Top performers typically speak with 10–25 homeowners per day and set 2–5 qualified appointments daily. Earnings growth is tied to results and consistency. Pay is $20 per hour plus bi-weekly bonuses. Typical earnings are $45,000–$70,000+ per year, with top performers earning $70,000–$80,000+. Work hours are Monday and Tuesday, 9:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Wednesday through Friday, 9:30 a.m.–5:50 p.m. The company provides paid training, ongoing coaching and support, company merchandise, and advancement opportunities into sales and leadership.
