About The Position
Beutler Air Conditioning & Plumbing is part of American Residential Services (ARS), a nationwide residential home services provider. The Lead Generator works at a national big-box home improvement store near their home, engaging customers in conversations about heating and cooling enhancements, indoor air quality, energy conservation, and available services. The role generates leads for free in-home consultations or promotes home performance tune-ups. Training is provided. This is an opportunity to enter the sales and trades industries and grow a career.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently in a retail environment.
- Willingness to approach, speak with, and engage customers.
- Driven personality and internal competitive spirit to exceed goals.
- Willingness to work weekend, high-volume retail hours; some holidays are required.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shifts.
- Reliable transportation.
- Minimum age of 18 at the date of application.
- Ability to pass background screenings and a drug screen.

- Sales experience is preferred.
