About The Position

Carroll Water is hiring a part-time Lead Generator / Customer Service Representative to represent its brand in big box retail locations, events, and promotional activities. The role is the first point of contact with potential customers, introducing them to Carroll Water’s whole-home water systems and generating qualified leads for the sales team. Representatives explain the systems in an approachable way, answer general questions, provide a positive customer experience, and share customer feedback with the marketing team. The position pays $20 per hour plus commission and bonus opportunities and offers flexible scheduling for up to 30 hours per week. The schedule includes weekends and occasional evenings. Paid training and ongoing support are provided.

Outgoing personality and ability to connect with people.
Ability to work independently and manage one's own schedule.
Comfort with starting conversations and generating interest in the company's services.
Availability to work weekends; some evenings may be required.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
