The Customer Outreach Representative/Lead Generator supports the growing sales team by engaging homeowners through personable, face-to-face outreach. The role introduces residents to lawn care services, offers free, no-obligation quotes and helpful lawn care information, and generates qualified leads without hard selling. Representatives are expected to communicate in a friendly and professional manner and work collaboratively with the sales team. The position offers a guaranteed hourly rate with performance bonuses, along with commission pay. Part-time and entry-level applicants are welcome, and there may be an opportunity to advance to full-time work.
