About The Position

Carroll Water is hiring part-time Lead Generation / Customer Service Representatives to represent its brand in big box retail locations, events, and promotional activities. The representative is the first point of contact with potential customers, introducing them to whole-home water systems, explaining their benefits, and collecting qualified leads for the sales team. The role also involves answering general questions, providing a positive customer experience, and sharing customer feedback with the marketing team. The position offers a $20 per hour base wage plus commission and bonus opportunities.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
An outgoing personality and ability to connect with people.
Ability to work independently and manage one's own schedule.
Comfort initiating conversations and generating interest in the company's services.
Availability to work weekends; occasional evenings may be required.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
