About The Position

Carroll Water is seeking a part-time Lead Generator / Customer Service Representative to serve as a brand ambassador at big box retail locations, events, and promotional activities. The role is the first point of contact with potential customers, introducing them to Carroll Water’s whole-home water systems and collecting qualified leads for the sales team. Representatives educate shoppers about the systems, answer general questions, provide a positive customer experience, and share feedback with the marketing team. The position offers up to 30 hours per week and includes weekend work and occasional evenings. Representatives may need to stand for up to eight hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and set up and break down a demonstration display. Employment offers may be contingent on completion of a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
