About The Position

Carroll Water is hiring part-time Lead Generation / Customer Service Representatives to represent its brand in big-box retail locations, events, and promotional activities. The role is the first point of contact with potential customers: representatives introduce shoppers to Carroll Water’s whole-home water systems, explain their benefits, and gather qualified leads for the sales team. The position also involves answering general questions, providing a positive customer experience, and sharing customer feedback with the marketing team. This role offers a base pay of $20 per hour plus commission and bonus opportunities. It is part-time, up to 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling that includes weekends and occasional evenings. Paid training and ongoing support are provided. Employment offers may be contingent on completion of a background check in accordance with applicable laws.

Requirements

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Comfort starting conversations and generating interest in the company’s services.
Availability to work weekends; some evenings may also be required.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
