About The Position

Carroll Water is hiring a part-time Lead Generator / Customer Service Representative to represent its brand in big-box retail locations, events, and promotional activities. The role is the first point of contact with potential customers, introducing them to whole-home water systems and gathering leads for the sales team. Representatives explain product benefits, answer general questions, provide a positive customer experience, and share customer feedback with the marketing team. The schedule includes weekends and occasional evenings, with up to 30 hours per week. Compensation is $20 per hour plus commission and bonus opportunities. Paid training and ongoing support are provided. Offers of employment may be contingent upon completion of a background check, in accordance with applicable laws.

Comfort starting conversations and generating interest in the company’s services.
Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
