About The Position

Impact RTO, the largest Rent A Center franchise, is hiring a Lead Assistant Manager with a credit focus. This role offers training and advancement opportunities for future management positions. The Lead Assistant Manager supports daily store operations, including account management, sales, inventory, customer service, deliveries, and employee supervision. The position may require going out on a truck to deliver and set up products at customers’ locations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in sales and account management functions.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Valid state driver’s license held for at least one year.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily account management performance to meet and exceed company standards.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
• Manage and maintain store inventory.
• Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns.
• Set up and maintain an attractive, clean showroom.
• Greet and assist customers, respond to inquiries and complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.
• When needed, perform deliveries and product setup at customers’ locations.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, account management, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and customer service.
• Manage and secure store assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Regional Manager.
