About The Position

Impact RTO, the largest Rent A Center franchise, is hiring a Credit Assistant Manager for a role focused on career advancement and training for future management positions. The role supports store operations, account management, inventory, sales, customer service, deliveries, and employee supervision. When needed, the Credit Assistant Manager goes on delivery trucks to deliver and set up products at customers’ locations. The position pays $17.00–$17.50 per hour and is described as a five-day workweek with every Sunday off.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both sales and account management functions.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Valid state driver’s license held for a minimum of one year.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily account management performance to meet and exceed company standards.
• Ensure all policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
• Manage and maintain the store’s inventory.
• Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis.
• Set up and maintain an attractive and clean showroom.
• Greet and assist customers, provide exceptional customer service, and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Go out on a truck when needed to perform deliveries and set up products at customer locations.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, account management, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service.
• Manage and secure the assets of the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Regional Manager.
