About The Position

Impact RTO Holdings, the largest Rent-A-Center franchise in the country, is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager as a development path toward Store Manager. The role works alongside the Store Manager and includes ownership of day-to-day store results. The position offers a guaranteed five-day workweek with every Sunday off. Compensation is $15.00–$18.00+ per hour based on experience, with higher pay for bilingual candidates and monthly profit sharing tied to exceeding goals. Top performers may be fast-tracked into Store Manager training.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience, including retail, hospitality, or similar experience.
• Positive, motivated attitude and desire to lead.
• Valid physical driver’s license held for at least one year.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must complete a background check and motor vehicle records check through HireRight as conditions of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist store team members with sales, inventory, delivery, and customer service.
• Drive store revenue by meeting and surpassing company sales targets.
• Manage store inventory and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by greeting and assisting customers and resolving issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Occasionally help create social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support company initiatives.
• Assist with product deliveries, setup, service, and returns as needed.
• Support the Store Manager with operational duties.
