Rent A Center-Sales Assistant Manager
About The Position
Impact RTO Holdings, the largest Rent-A-Center franchise in the country, is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager as a development path toward Store Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager works alongside the Store Manager and helps run daily store operations, with ownership over sales results, inventory, customer service, and showroom presentation. The role may also involve helping with deliveries, product setup, service, and returns, as well as occasionally creating social media and marketing content when requested. The position pays $15.00–$18.00+ per hour based on experience, with higher pay available for bilingual candidates. It offers monthly profit sharing, a guaranteed five-day workweek with Sundays off, and opportunities for top performers to enter Store Manager training. Candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., have a physical and valid driver’s license held for at least one year, and be able to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks. Employment is conditional on background and motor vehicle records checks through HireRight.
Requirements
- Sales or customer service experience, including retail, hospitality, or similar experience.
- Positive, motivated attitude and desire to lead.
- Valid physical driver’s license held for at least one year.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities
- Assist store team members with sales, inventory, delivery, and customer service.
- Drive store revenue by meeting and exceeding company sales targets.
- Manage store inventory and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by greeting and assisting customers and resolving issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Occasionally participate in creating social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support company initiatives.
- Assist with product deliveries, setup, service, and returns as needed.
- Support the Store Manager in operational duties.
