About The Position

Impact RTO Holdings, the largest Rent-A-Center franchise, is hiring a Lead Assistant Manager with a credit focus. This position emphasizes advancement and training for future management roles. The Lead Assistant Manager supports store operations, including account management, inventory, customer service, product maintenance, deliveries, and employee supervision. When needed, the role performs deliveries and product setup at customers’ locations. The position pays $18.50, paid weekly, and offers a five-day workweek with Sundays off.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both sales and account management functions.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Valid state driver’s license held for a minimum of one year.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily account management performance to meet and exceed company standards.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
• Manage and maintain store inventory.
• Assist with product maintenance, deliveries, service, and returns on a daily basis.
• Set up and maintain an attractive, clean showroom.
• Greet and assist customers, respond to inquiries and complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform deliveries and set up products at customers’ locations when needed.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, account management, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and customer service.
• Manage and secure store assets.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager and Regional Manager.
