Rent A Center-Delivery Driver-Account Manager
About The Position
Impact RTO, the largest Rent-A-Center franchise in the country, is hiring for an entry-level delivery and customer service role. No prior experience is needed; training is provided, and employees who stay with the company have a path into management. The role involves spending much of the day driving to customers’ homes to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, setting up items, and occasionally collecting payments. Employees also help in the store between deliveries with assembly and customer-facing tasks. The position pays $16.00 per hour, with higher pay for bilingual candidates and monthly bonuses based on store performance. The schedule is five days per week, with Sundays always off.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have a valid driver’s license with a clean record and at least one year of driving experience.
- Be able to lift more than 50 pounds and move heavy furniture.
- Be friendly and professional when communicating with customers.
- Pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Be reliable, show up for work, and work hard.

Responsibilities
- Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
- Load and unload items safely.
- Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
- Treat customers respectfully and communicate clearly.
- Occasionally participate in creating social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support company initiatives.
- Collect payments when needed.
- Keep the truck clean and organized.
- Help in the store between deliveries, including assembling items and assisting with customer-facing tasks.
