Rent A Center- Delivery Driver- Customer Accounts
About The Position
Impact RTO, the largest Rent-A-Center franchise in the country, is hiring for an entry-level delivery driver and customer service position. No experience is needed; training is provided, and employees may have a path to management. The role involves driving a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, setting up items in customers’ homes, and providing customer service. Drivers may occasionally collect payments, create social media or marketing content, and assist with store tasks between deliveries, including assembling items and other customer-facing work.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and at least one year of driving experience.
- Able to lift more than 50 pounds and move heavy furniture.
- Friendly and professional communication with customers.
- Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Reliable, hardworking, and respectful toward others.

Responsibilities
- Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
- Load and unload items safely.
- Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
- Treat customers respectfully and communicate clearly.
- Occasionally participate in creating social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support company initiatives.
- Collect payments when needed.
- Keep the truck clean and organized.
- Help in the store between deliveries, including assembling items and assisting with customer-facing tasks.
