About The Position

Impact RTO, the largest Rent-A-Center franchise in the country, is hiring an entry-level Delivery Driver. No prior experience is needed, and training is provided. The role combines driving and customer service, with most of the workday spent delivering furniture and appliances to customers’ homes and picking up items. Drivers may occasionally collect payments and help with customer-facing tasks or assembly in the store between deliveries. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Have at least one year of driving experience.
• Be able to lift more than 50 pounds and move heavy furniture.
• Be friendly and professional when speaking with customers.
• Pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
• Treat customers respectfully and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally help create social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries, including assembling items and assisting with customer-facing tasks.
