Rent A Center- Delivery Driver- Customer Accounts
About The Position
Impact RTO, the largest Rent-A-Center franchise in the country, is hiring an entry-level Delivery Driver to provide delivery and customer service. No prior job experience is needed, and training is provided. The role involves driving a company truck for most of the day to deliver furniture and appliances to customers’ homes, pick up items, and occasionally collect payments. Drivers also set up items in customers’ homes and help with store tasks between deliveries, including assembly and customer-facing work. There may also be occasional requests to help create social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, to support company initiatives. The posting describes a path into management for employees who stay with the company.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, with at least one year of driving experience.
- Be able to lift more than 50 pounds and move heavy furniture.
- Be friendly and professional when speaking with customers.
- Pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Be reliable, show up for work, and work hard.

Responsibilities
- Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
