About The Position

Impact RTO, the largest Rent A Center franchise, is hiring a Credit Assistant Manager. The position emphasizes advancement and training for future management roles. The role supports store operations, account management, customer service, inventory, deliveries, and employee supervision. The position pays $17.00–$17.50 per hour, paid weekly, and offers a five-day workweek with Sundays off.

Requirements

• Proficiency in sales and account management functions.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Valid state driver’s license held for at least one year.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily account management performance to meet and exceed company standards.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
• Manage and maintain the store’s inventory.
• Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis.
• Set up and maintain an attractive, clean showroom.
• Greet and assist customers, respond to inquiries and complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.
• When needed, go out on the truck to perform deliveries and set up products at customers’ locations.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, account management, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and customer service.
• Manage and secure store assets.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager and Regional Manager.
