About The Position

Avante at Leesburg Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring a part-time Laundry Aide to perform the day-to-day activities of the Laundry Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, and as directed by the Director of Housekeeping and Laundry Services and/or the Administrator. The role helps maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary facility and ensures an adequate supply of linen is available to meet residents’ needs. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, speak and understand English, have a positive attitude toward the elderly, and be a high school graduate. Previous experience in long-term care is preferred. Employment requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must complete background screening through the AHCA Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
