About The Position

Holder Construction is seeking Laborers to work the night shift on their project in Sparks, NV. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing the worksite, assisting the safety team, handling and moving jobsite materials, assisting carpenters, and helping with loading and unloading deliveries.

Requirements

• 1-year of construction experience.
• Understanding of safety and general construction knowledge.
• Provide primary support to our field supervision.
• Be able to use critical thinking to solve issues on the worksite.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
• Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.
