About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Kids For All Seasons Club Attendant to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment where children can learn, play, and enjoy memorable experiences during their stay. The role supervises children, leads creative activities, and provides exceptional care while ensuring high standards of safety and guest service. The successful candidate is energetic, outgoing, and nurturing, and enjoys working with children and creating positive memories for young guests.

Requirements

• Passion for working with children and creating fun, engaging experiences.
• Energetic, creative, interactive, and outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a safe and organized environment.
• Must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
• Available at least Friday through Sunday, plus an additional day Monday through Thursday.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous childcare, camp counselor, teaching assistant, or youth program experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Plan and facilitate activities, including arts and crafts, games, storytelling, and recreational play.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Kids For All Seasons Club environment.
• Communicate with parents regarding their child’s activities and experiences.
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that supports children's social and emotional development.
