About The Position

UNTUCKit is hiring a full-time Keyholder for its new store at Brea Mall in Brea, California. The role calls for prior management experience and a solid working knowledge of a retail store environment. The Keyholder is expected to know UNTUCKit's products and values, motivate associates, and provide exceptional customer service. The Keyholder helps create an engaging and cohesive store environment, supports sales and customer satisfaction, maintains the sales floor and stock room, and opens and closes the store. The position requires flexibility to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The pay range is $20–$21 per hour.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Sales Associate.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency with Apple products, G Suite, and omnichannel POS systems.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service focus.
Ability to work alone in the store.
Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, potentially including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school degree.

Nice To Haves

Prior management experience.
A BA/BS degree.
